Frequently asked questions
We prefer as much time as possible, just to make sure we are available for the date of your event! At least 2 weeks notice is required.
It's easy! Shop our products from the drop down menu & fill out the quote forms for the styles you'd like at your event. Allow 24-48hrs for a response.
Yes! We require a 50% deposit - this ensures product availability & our availability for the date of your event. Since we are marking that day off of our calendars, making us unavailable to other clients, deposits are nonrefundable.
We can absolutely return for an additional fee. Bookings that require any of our props already include clean up in the price.
We do! While Toronto will always be home, we also service the cities in the Greater Toronto Area.
Delivery rates are based on the distance in kms from our shop, multiplied by 0.50 (one way).
Air filled balloons kept in an air conditioned room can last up to weeks! Outdoor & helium balloons aren't so lucky. While all our helium balloons are treated with Ultra Hi-Float to help extend the float time, things like the sun, sharp objects & people's hands all affect the longevity of the balloons.
